95% cotton / 5% elastane, natural-feel cotton with just enough stretch to move with them

Care instructions:

Machine wash warm/gentle at 30C with similar colours 
Cool tumble dry or line dry (line drying is kinder to the fabric and the planet)
Iron on low heat on the reverse side.
Do not bleach.
Some shrinkage may occur due to the natural cotton fibres.
